Gina Bulcke is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Windsor Regional Hospital. Windsor Regional Hospital is a large multi site acute care community hospital. Under the leadership of David Musyj, President & CEO, Windsor Regional Hospital has been recognized nationally and internality for their patient safety and quality initiatives. During Gina’s 13 years at WRH, Gina has held various roles from the front line to leadership positions. As Director of Organizational Effectives she is responsible for Patient Flow and Utilization, Corporate Quality Improvement and Decision Support, and After Hour Administration. Gina earned her doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in 2007 and has presented on various topics, most recently at the Spring 2016 RL Conference in New Orleans.
