Summary

Quality measures and standard patient outcome sets have garnered significant traction over the years. The same however, cannot be said for safety – there is no consensus on what safety is, and organizations have difficulty tracking, analyzing and utilizing data to improve safety. How can we leverage integrated tools and data in order to set up systems for improved workplace safety, and ultimately bridge the connection to quality?

David is the Product Manager for Quality and Patient Experience at RL. He holds a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Toronto, and has previous experience working at the Ministry of Health with Digital Health strategies, as well as SunnyBrook Hospital on Quality Improvement. He is passionate about developing solutions that solve pressing health system needs, and is interested in health innovation ecosystems, as well as value-based service delivery models.
