SUMMARY
When it comes to our facilities, it’s important that they’re safe—for ourselves, for the staff who work there day in and day out, and for everyone in the community. To do so, it’s important to have the right tools in place to help identify, manage, communicate and monitor risk. With this in mind, the Internal Audit and Quality Improvement and Patient Safety team at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority(WRHA) set out to implement Risk Register as a step towards mitigating risk throughout their facilities.
In this webinar, Christy Rogowski and Diane Jansen share their journey before Risk Register to their implementation experience with RL. What’s more, attendees will hear how WRHA is currently using Risk Register and what’s in store for its future.
